EXERCISE
According to research, reducing the size of ab’ fat cells takes more than cutting calories. Results from a five year study shows that exercise needs to be added to the equation. Moderate amounts of exercise alone can reduce the inflammation in belly fat, even without a change in diet. Exercise also helps prevent re-gaining abdominal fat after weight loss.

GET OFF DIET SODA
One study found that diet soda drinkers have a higher percentage of belly flab compared to those who don’t use diet soda.

EAT MORE PROTEIN
Research has shown that a higher consumption of better quality protein is associated with less belly fat.

GO NUTS
Research has shown that coconut oil consumption can lead to a significant reduction in waist circumference and belly fat.

EAT MORE FIBER
A study showed that those who ate 10 grams of soluble fiber a day had a 3.7% reduction in abdominal fat.

Lastly, remember besides “lookin’ good” reduction in harmful abdominal fat is good for your health.
